Resolute Visuals provides cinematic storytelling, commercial production, and director of photography services for faith-based organizations, mission groups, nonprofits, higher education, and purpose-driven brands. Specific deliverables, timelines, and usage rights for each project are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including images, videos, text, logos, and design — is owned by Resolute Visuals or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any materials without prior written consent. Project deliverables are licensed according to the terms outlined in each client agreement.
4. User Conduct
When using our contact forms or communicating with us, you agree not to submit false information, spam, or unlawful content. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these expectations.
5. Limitation of Liability
Resolute Visuals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
